With the conviction this week of Michael Jackson's doctor on an involuntary manslaughter charge, the question of blame in the pop star's death shifts to a new and much wealthier defendant: Los Angeles entertainment behemoth Anschutz Entertainment Group.

The conclusion of the criminal case sets the stage for proceedings in civil court, where the pop star's mother and children are pressing a wrongful death suit against the corporation and its concert subsidiary, AEG Live, the promoter of Jackson's doomed comeback attempt.

The civil case, set for trial in September, pits the singer's three children and elderly mother against one of the city's most important companies at a time when AEG is pitching controversial plans for a downtown football stadium.

FULL COVERAGE: The trial of Dr. Conrad Murray

The case involves many of the same issues as the criminal trial: propofol, Jackson's performance anxiety and the medical choices of Dr. Conrad Murray. But the proceedings are expected to delve into areas the criminal judge barred as irrelevant to Murray's role, including Jackson's finances and years of drug problems.

"The conviction of Dr. Murray is just the beginning of bringing forth the truth on what happened to Michael Jackson," said Brian Panish, an attorney for the Jackson family. "Forces much larger than Dr. Murray were involved in this tragedy."
Lawyers for the Jacksons, who are seeking an unspecified amount of money, have portrayed AEG in court papers as a heartless, bottom-line-driven business that contributed to the singer's death by pressuring him to prepare for performances he wasn't physically capable of pulling off. That pressure, they have written, pushed him toward Murray and the nightly use of propofol, a surgical anesthetic, for his insomnia.

"AEG said that if they called off the Tour, there would be lawsuits and Jackson's career would be over. They said Jackson must work with Murray," the Jacksons' lawyers wrote in a complaint last year. AEG has denied the allegations in court filings, with its lawyers saying the company "in no way actually controlled" the singer.

"Michael Jackson was not helpless or incompetent; he lived in his own home, negotiated his own contracts, engaged his own attorneys, and cared for his own family," lawyers for the company wrote. "He at all times retained the option of refusing Dr. Murray's services, or of canceling his agreement with AEG."

The company's concern with the civil matter was on display at Murray's trial. The lead attorney for AEG in the wrongful death suit, Marvin Putnam, sat in the well of the court facing the witness box as three company officials testified. Each of them told jurors that the company had no indication that Murray was anything but a competent physician, with his famous patient's best interests at heart.

"Dr. Murray told me repeatedly that Michael Jackson was perfectly healthy, in excellent condition," said Kathy Jorrie, a lawyer who helped draft Murray's $150,000-a-month contract. Murray is not named in the suit filed by Katherine Jackson and her grandchildren, although he is named in a separate claim by the singer's father. A lawyer for Katherine Jackson and her grandchildren said the choice not to sue the doctor reflected the family's belief that AEG bore primary responsibility.

"We believe the evidence shows that there is much more involvement from AEG, and that Murray's a minor player," Panish said. Other legal experts saw a different calculus.

"He's got no money," said Loyola Law School professor Stan Goldman of the heavily indebted physician. It was smart strategy, he said, to keep Murray away from civil jurors: "Keep the focus on the deep pockets."

It was AEG Live's substantial resources that made the deal attractive to the financially troubled Jackson in the first place, and it is the dynamic between the rich company and the cash-strapped performer that is at the heart of the suit. The company advanced Jackson money against future concert earnings to cover every aspect of his life and had the right to seize his assets if he failed to perform at 50 London shows.

In court papers, Katherine Jackson's lawyers have said the relationship created a legal duty on the part of AEG "to treat him safely and to not put him in harm's way." They said AEG breached those duties by contracting with Murray, who they allege went along with their only interest: ensuring that Jackson could perform.

During the criminal trial, AEG officials testified that Murray was Jackson's choice and that they had wanted to hire a British doctor.

"He was very firm. He said no, I need my own physician and I need him 24-seven," said Randy Phillips, chief executive of AEG Live.

Murray worked for Jackson for two months but was never paid by AEG because the singer hadn't yet signed the contract, a point that Jorrie, the contract lawyer, noted several times in her testimony.

The civil case is expected to yield far more details about Jackson's problems than the criminal trial did.

Judge has granted AEG’s Motion to delay the trial, which is now set for 2nd April, 2013.

AEG claims there is good cause to delay as the discovery in not complete, In regards to Mrs. Jackson answered to their questions, AEG say Mrs. Jackson only sent them 137 pages with partially answered questions.

AEG claim they need more time to file the win on a summary judgment they need both point out the evidence Mrs. Jackson does not have and Mrs. Jackson cannot obtain evidence to support her claim. AEG claim they need more time to gather evidence about Michaels “Lengthy history of drug abuse”

AEG blames Mrs. Jackson attorneys for the delay saying that they did not yet receive any substantial answers to their questions; They state they only got partial answers. AEG also claims that the delay on Mrs Jacksons part resulted in more delays. AEG is adding people to be deposed based on Mrs. Jackson depositions, such as people from the Carolwood residence, persons with knowledge about Michaels finances etc.,. Ad Mrs. Jackson’s depositions
started late and still ongoing tis information is still coming in.

AEG claim they could not get the basic facts, the expert discovery has not even started. AEG claim as the discovery goes on they have learnt more stuff that weakens Mrs. Jacksons lawsuit. For example they mentions that the responses confirm that Murray was a long-time
personal physical of Michaels, which contradicts the claim in the lawsuit, which states AEG selected Murray. AEG even cite the responses sent for Prince, Paris and Blanket in which they said they saw Murray in Las Vegas before the family relocated to LA in 2009.

AEG claims from Mrs. Jacksons depositions it’s obvious that she has no knowledge about Michael relationship with AEG or Murray. AEG claims depositions of Mrs Jackson, Tito and Rebbie confirmed “decades long history of severe substance abuse including an addiction
to prescription painkillers and repeated interventions” AEG claims this is contradictory to the claim AEG somehow forced Michael to receive dangerous medications from Murray. AEG claims that they believe the further discover will undermine Mrs. Jacksons case a lot more. As for Michaels Propofol history AEG argues although Mrs. Jacksons lawsuit claims aEG coerced Michael into taking Propofol, there is evidence to show that Michael used Propofol long before AEG came into the picture. They cite evidence of Propofol use up to 20 years earlier, Neil Ratner and doctors that came forward and said Michael asked them for Propofol, such as Susan Etok and Cheryln Lee, Arnold Klein and Allan Metzger.

AEG claims this information is essential for their defense and that’s why they are seeking Mihcael medical information. Michael Jacksons Estate Executor objected based on privilege privacy, in December 201, the judge ordered MJ Estate to turn medical documents,
Most of its limited in the last three years.

AEG claims that Mrs Jackson lawyers first agreed to confidentiality then revoke tier agreement; this is what is holding up medical records AEG claims that they did not delay the process. They sent 30,000 pages of documents to Mrs. Jackson’s attorneys and more will be sent within
the next 3 weeks.

Before April 2011, Mrs. Jackson lawyers only sent two depositions to Gongaware and Phillips while the Murray trial was on going. AEG say the rejected the depositions request during
the Murray trial because they were witness in the Murray trail. But sent dates in January 2012. Mrs. Jacksons attorneys rejected January saying the would not depose them until they get the discovery from AEG. Currently Gongaware will be deposed next week, May 21 to 25th, and Phillips will be deposed the following week.

In April 2012 Mrs. Jackson lawyers sent deposition request to 12 people, mostly AEG employees, Some names mentioned are Beckerman, Roth and Fikre, They will be deposed in June 2012.

Previously Mrs. Jackson attorneys argued abusive questions at depositions, such as asking Tito about alimony payments, AEG lawyers claim that those questions are not abusive: its relevant to the issues at hand including showing witness credibility. AEG cites sections of the law that a case of health care negligence should be set no sooner than 6 months. They claim the rule is the main rule and not the age of the defendant. They argue that even though
Blanket is 10 years old as Murray is a health care provider the “at least 6 months” rule should apply. AEG states that means the trial can be anytime from November 2012 to April 2013.

AEG sent 43 depositions and 85 document request 5. Total depositions is 62, 19 by Mrs. Jackson attorney and total documents request is 93, 8 by Mrs. Jackson attorneys.

Two depositions have been completed, which are Tito and Rebbie, Mrs. Jacksons deposition isclassed as “not finished.”
AEG are still waiting for 69 documents request, 31 of these are medical records.

AEG claims the depositions of Klein will not be proceeding, Taunya Zilkie and Debbie Rowe depositions are proceeding.

AEG has included parts of mrs Jackson and Rebbies depositions. Its stated that Tito’s is marked as confidential, exact quotes are not mentioned. Mrs Jackson from parts shown. Says she didn’t believe Michael abused prescription drugs, she says some of her children talked to her about
Michaels problems and wanted to intervene and asked her to come as she would be influential, She says they went to Neverland Ranch.

Mrs. Jackson was asked many questions about financial support, Michael provided. She replied Michael would leave around $1 millions wither accountant Marshall Gelfand before he goes to tour. Michael account would gve a check to Mrs. Jackson whenever she needed some money.

Mrs. Jackson says Michaels left for Bahrain he put $500,000 into Graces bank account and Mrs. Jackson was given access to that bank account. Mrs. Jackson says this was the only
money she got from Michael in that time period, Janet also supported her. When Michael came to LA n 2009 he gave her $20,000 or more several time, she does not remember the total. Mrs. Jackson replied Alejandra and her kids, Trent lived with her at that time.

Mrs. Jackson says once she paid some expenses to Mr. Jackson, in the past Michael office also supported Mr. Jackson. Mrs Jackson states first time she met Randy Phillips was in May 2009
meeting, she does not know Gongaware or Leiwake, Michel did not talk to her about any of the men or AEG, or TII tour. Mrs. Jackson had never met Murray, Michael had never discussed him with her.

Rebbie mentions 3 interventions, Neverland Ranch, New York and Las Vegas. There was another she was not a present for. Rebbie details the intervention at Neverland. She says the security did not want to let them in unannounced, so she got out the car and opened the gates.
Rebbie says that Michael told them he was okay and he already had a doctor that was helping him with any issues. Rebbie says she did not believe Michael. When asked if Michael was upset, Rebbie replied even if Michael was upset he would not have shown it.

May 14, update

Katherine's lawyers has just filed objection to AEG's ex-parte request to delay the trial dates. From the objection document we learn that: - AEG is asking for a 6 month delay - to continue the trial date to March 10, 2013.

- One of AEG's reasons to ask for delay is as they only got substantial information to theirrequests on April 23 and therefore will not be ready to review them by the summary judgement date. - AEG states only two depositions of Michael's siblings have been completed. One of them is Tito. -

- Mrs Jackson' also has been deposed for 3 days and her deposition is mentioned as "not finished".
- Mrs Jackson's lawyers argue that AEG has until August 13 discovery cut off date to depose anyone and ongoing depositions do not warrant a delay in trial dates.

- Opposition document includes mention of several depositions: Gongaware will be deposed by Katherine's lawyers next week (between May 21 -25). Katherine's lawyers also want to depose
Dan Beckerman and Michael Roth from AEG. Deposition dates for Beckerman and Roth is still being discussed among the parties.

- AEG has 4 depositions set up for this week (between may 14- 18) as well. Those are Jermaine Jackson, Dr. Arnold Klein, Debbie Rowe and Trent Jackson.

- AEG lists Michael's medical records as a reason for delay as well. After the Murray case was over and the court allowed Michael's medical records, the documents show that Michael's
medical records is mainly limited to last 3 years (starting from June 25, 2006) and Estate lawyers (Weitzman's office) is reviewing and redacting (irrelevant private information) medical documents before they send it out to the parties.

- AEG also states that the motion for protective order (ability to mark documents as confidential) has caused delays. AEG also states that expert discovery has not started.[/b]

Mrs Jackson's lawyers asks the court to deny AEG's request to delay the trial dates. They also states that even if court agrees to delay the trial dates, court should keep the date to
file summary judgement the same. Mrs Jacksons lawyers cite California Code of Civil Procedure 36 (b), 36 (f) which states a party to a civil case who is under the age of 14 must be granted a trial date within 120 days unless the court finds the party does not have a substantial interest in the case as a whole. There's a motion to compel hearing set for April 24 in Mrs Jackson's - AEG lawsuit. Before trial happens both sides send interrogatories - questions - to the other side to answer and request for documents . AEG is now claiming that Mrs Jackson is not answering their questions and they filed thousands of pages showing all the communications and asking the judge to order Mrs Jackson to answer AEG's questions.

Summary

- April 2011 AEG sends the questions and document requests to Mrs Jackson, Prince, Paris and Blanket.
- After delays in November 2011 Mrs Jackson and the kids sends all objections to all questions asked. They did not answer any questions or provided any documents to AEG.
- All of the December & January is filled with back and forth communications with Mrs Jacksons's and AEG's lawyers to find a solution to the requests and not answering. They finally agree on mid-February to answer all the requests with minor modifications.
- Early February Mrs Jackson sends her initial answers but they are all the same answer copy pasted - which is in most instances just a repeat of the complaint.
- Mid- February deadline comes and AEG still does not receive the additional and all required answers and Mrs Jackson's lawyers start to ask for indefinite extensions. AEG at that time says they cannot give indefinite extensions because they need to get the answers and prepare for the trial.

- AEG waits for Mid-March but they get no documents or no additional responses.
- AEG says they weren't able to take depositions of the Jackson family members. Katherine was supposed to be deposed at March 1st but she didn't show up for deposition. They also haven't given a new date.
Therefore AEG is asking the judge to order Mrs Jackson to answer the questions and document requests.

From the documents we can see that the documents AEG is asking for includes
- anything about Michael's health
- anything about the doctors
- anything about how success or failure of TII would affect Michael financially
- any documents or communications with Michael's staff - Grace, Karen Faye, Kai Chase and the bodyguards are explicitly named.
- any documents about financial allowances or gifts Michael gave to Katherine and the rest of the Jacksons.

- any document about Katherine's finances and assets
- all social media, internet accounts, blogs, emails used by Michael, Mrs Jackson, Michael's kids and all Jacksons.

- anything about Michael's diet, nutrition or eating disorders
- anything about Michael's financial information as well as actual or potential bankruptcy
- any diary, journal, calendar etc kept by Michael.
- any autopsy reports

- documents about any mental health issues Michael suffered through his lifetime.
- any documents or communications about substance abuse, interventions , rehab
- any documents or communications about if Michael had consideration or propensity to commit suicide.

Questions asked to Katherine include
- Asking Katherine to explain the information she based her claims on
- how Katherine spent time with Michael between 04-09
- any communications Katherine had with Michael about his health , addiction, substance abuse, interventions and so on.

- communications with Michael between June 17 and June 24.
- Katherine's impression about Michael's health
- Michael's finances

- any time Katherine saw Michael to take any medicine/ drug and any effects she saw
- any time Katherine saw Michael impaired or under the effects of drugs, alcohol such as slurred speech, bloodshot eyes

- explain any time Michael spent in rehab
- any talks Katherine had with Michael about TII
- explain items, objects, documents taken from Michael's residences by Jacksons.
Questions sent to Prince, Paris and Blanket include
- asking them to identify all people that lived or worked in Carolwood from Jan 09 to June 09
- tell about any instances anyone talking / asking them about Michael's health
- tell about any instances anyone talking / asking them about Michael's addictions or mental health issues

- asking them to tell how they spent time with Michael including activities they did and typical conversations they had
- asking if they talked with Michael about his health and medicines he took
- asking them about their impression of Michael's physical and mental health
- all interactions and communications from June 23 to June 25
- asking about when they first met Murray and asking them to tell when and where they saw Murray over the years.

- asking about all their interactions , communications with Murray
- asking if they witnessed Murray to give Michael medical treatment
- asking if they saw Michael to take any medicine and any effects they witnessed
- asking if they ever saw Michael impaired

- asking about any drugs or alcohol present in Carolwood
- any conversations they had with Michael about TII
- their impression about Michael's physical and mental health
- asking about their interactions with Klein
- asking about any conversations they had about Michael with the Jacksons
Note: These requests for information and documents are done to gather information so that the parties can prepare for the trial. Just because a question is asked doesn't mean it happened or that the person has any knowledge about it.

April 19 Update:

AEG has filed a response to Katherine's lawyers objection documents.
In their objection documents Katherine's lawyers stated that Katherine (and Prince, Paris and Blanket) would be sending their answers , document requests and Katherine would be deposed before April 24 hearing date. They argued that therefore AEG's motion was unneeded and should be taken off calendar.
In this new set of documents we see that Katherine's lawyers has also asked AEG if they would take their motion off calendar, AEG refuses to do it. This is their reasons :
- AEG states as of April 17, they did not receive anything from Katherine. AEG states they sent over 14,000 pages of documents to Katherine to this date.

- AEG states Katherine has been making promises but for a year she did not keep any of the promises. AEG states they simply do not know if she would keep her promises now. (AEG's requests were sent April 2011, AEG states there have been agreed upon dates before but Katherine & her lawyers did not submit anything on those dates and kept asking extensions.) AEG says they will keep the motion active until they get what they are promised.

- AEG argues that the only reason that Katherine's lawyers are making "we will submit the answers before April 24 hearing" promises or agreeing Katherine to be deposed is because AEG filed the motion to compel.

- AEG says if Katherine shows for her deposition as promised, their request to compel her deposition should be considered moot. If she again doesn't show up despite the promises she must be compelled to sit down for a deposition within a week.

- AEG argues that Katherine is a vital witness in this case and her deposition / testimony is "essential to understand the scope and bases of her contentions in her complaint, to test her standing as a wrongful death plaintiff and to shed light on MJ's long history of drug use".
- AEG says with summary judgement deadline being in May 2012 and trial scheduled to start in September 2012 they can no longer wait for answers and they need them as quickly as possible.

- AEG says they have the right to know the "factual bases" of Katherine's claims against them and if there's no factual bases Katherine's lawyers should say so.

- In their opposition Katherine's lawyers had stated that they didn't have the full body of evidence and they were uncovering evidence from the documents AEG sent them and AEG already has the records of their wrongdoing. AEG responds to this with "AEG is not asking plaintiffs to produce AEG Live's own documents back to it. That would make no sense". AEG says they are asking for the information, documents that Katherine has in her possession.
- AEG explains why Katherine's answers to interrogatories is deficient. Katherine used 10 same reply to respond to 66 questions.

For example AEG says one question asks her "witnesses that was present at rehearsal on June that 18 that can confirm MJ was not himself at that day". AEG states that Katherine's answer does not reference June 18 or give any names of witnesses. (I cross checked her answer - Katherine mentions Ortega June 19 email in her answer and a brief mention of Karen Faye's observations about Michael on month of June. It does not mention the events of June 18 or who was there or who would testify to it).

Documents also include an email series between the AEG and Katherine Jackson lawyers trying to set up deposition dates and so on. From the emails we see that:
- AEG sends a long list about deficiencies in Katherine's answers and repeat that they need to know the factual bases and sources of facts of the claims in the complaint. The email also states that AEG suspects there's none.

- AEG and Katherine's lawyers discuss how long Katherine's deposition will be. Katherine's lawyers want it to be short. AEG argues that as Katherine is a vital witness the deposition can take hours / days.

- Tito Jackson has been deposed by AEG. Katherine's lawyer complain that Tito was asked if he ever missed any alimony payments and whether his father (Joe) used any corporal punishment on him when he was a child. AEG lawyers state that they can explore any areas that might lead to discovery of admissible evidence.

- Taunya Zilkie was to be deposed last week. (Taunya is the ex-girlfriend of Randy Jackson, ran MJSource and management of Karen Faye)
- AEG is also trying to set up dates for Randy, Jermaine and Janet Jackson depositions.
(Note : Previous document mentioned AEG staff including Gongaware and Phillips would be deposed in May 2012).

Katherine's lawyers write in one email AEG "wanted everyone to know after AEG wins summary judgement, this case will not be over".
"summary judgement" seems like AEG will ask the case to be disposed without a trial.
"this case will not be over" seems to be a mention of lawsuit against Katherine and/ or her lawyers. AEG lawyer explains this as "AEG reserves their right to seek relief if it turns out Jacksons brought this case without any legal or factual basis".

Update : April 17 , 2012

Not surprisingly Katherine Jackson's lawyers have filed opposition documents to AEG's motion asking the judge to order Katherine Jackson to answer interrogatories, document requests and deposition.
Main points :

- Katherine's lawyers argue that AEG's motion is unnecessary because Katherine already agreed to be deposed on April 17, 2012 (which was today).
- No one from AEG has been deposed to this date as well.
- Katherine (and Prince, Paris, Blanket) will submit supplemental responses to the interrogatories before April 24 (hearing date).
- Katherine (and Prince, Paris, Blanket) do not have any documents in regards to most of the requests and if they have anything they would provide them to AEG before April 24 (hearing date).

- Katherine's lawyers argue that AEG cannot complain about the responses Katherine already sent them. (If you remember AEG argued that Katherine responded by sending the same answer copied pasted to multiple questions. AEG argues this is non-responsive.) Katherine's lawyers argue that Katherine's responses are proper and even objections can be sent as a response.

- Katherine's lawyers state "just because AEG Live doesn't like Mrs. Jackson's response, it's not entitled to a court order mandating that she change it"
- They state as some of the questions are about to find out Katherine's legal theories in this case, objections to such questions saying that they are protected "work products" or "attorney-client privilege" is proper.

The document reads
"The plaintiffs (Katherine and PPB) did not, at the time of filling of the complaint nor currently possess the full body of evidence of this misconduct. Rather, plaintiffs suspected (correctly) that this evidence would emerge in discovery and indeed it has."
Furthermore they state

"The most evidence of Defendants (AEG) wrongdoing is in Defendants (AEG) possession"
In other words Katherine's lawyer say that they still do not have the full evidence but they are uncovering evidence from the documents / answers sent to them from AEG. They also argue that AEG have the answers / documents / evidence in their possession.
They cite some examples of this evidence.

- First is a June 2009 email from Gongaware which states " We want to remind him (Murray) that it is AEG, not MJ who is paying his salary. We want him (Murray) to understand what is expected of him (Murray)".

- It's stated that Michael missed / did not attend rehearsals on June 13 based on Murray's direction (which resulted in the above email). It's alleged that the next day Gongaware called for a meeting with Murray asking him to explain why Michael missed a rehearsal. It's stated that after AEG's reminder (that they are paying Murray) and Murray's job was to get Michael to rehearsals, Murray started creating a schedule for Michael so Michael would not miss rehearsals.
- There's a mention that Gongaware and Phillips was advised on June 19 that Michael was a "basket case". (no other details are provided)

- It's also stated that on June 20 meeting Murray guaranteed he would resolve the situation with Michael missing the rehearsals.
- KJ's lawyers argue that either implicitly or explicitly AEG was requiring Michael to treat with Murray and work with Murray to get to rehearsals.
- KJ's lawyers also argue that AEG / Phillips has supervised Murray as he asked him to look into Klein's treatment of Michael.

- The documents also state that Murray's goal was not health and well-being of his patient MJ but Murray's object was to ensure that Michael attended rehearsals as AEG wanted.
Tidbit : From the documents we also learned that Katherine's lawyers served Paul Gongaware with a notice of videotaped deposition on September 28,2011 after he testified in Murray trial. AEG's lawyers rejected the deposition request citing that Gongaware was still "subject to be recalled as witness" on the criminal trial.

Ich habe mich die ganze Zeit beim Lesen gefragt, wie das möglich ist, deshalb ein Verfahren gegen die AEG zu verschieben, weil sie Antworten auf diese Fragen erwartet, bei denen Katherine Jackson überhaupt nichts beanworten muss. Schließlich wird nicht gegen sie Klage erhoben (!), sondern gegen die AEG!
Die AEG (!) soll die Fragen beantworten! Unerhört!

08.11.12 Anschuldigungen von AEG bezüglich der E-Mails wurden abgewiesen

Am 28.10 berichteten wir ausführlich über den Sachverhalt der veröffentlichten E-Mails im Prozess gegen die AEG. Vor Gericht wurde darüber gestritten wer die E-Mails der Presse zugespielt hatte und ob sie Gegenstand des bevorstehenden Prozesses von Katherine Jacksons und Michaels Kindern gegen AEG Live im kommenden Jahr sein sollen. AEG behauptete, die Jacksons hätten die E-Mails der Presse zugespielt und forderten darauf, dass die Jacksons dafür bestraft werden sollen und die E-Mails im Prozess nicht verwendet werden dürfen.

Nun wurde vom vorsitzenden Richter die Argumente von AEG, die Familie sei die Quelle der veröffentlichten E-Mails, zurück gewiesen. Es kann nun angenommen werden, dass die E-Mails für den Prozess im nächsten Jahr ein wichtiger Bestandteil sein werden.

Scheint die gängige Politik, seine eigenen Sünden auf andere abzuwälzen.

Mal schauen, wie sich Randy Phillips herausdreht: Immerhin hat er die ganze Welt betrogen und Gelder fürs Comeback sich u. seiner Firma in die Tasche gescheffelt, obwohl er wusste, wie es um Michael stand.

Aber wahrscheinlich werden wir nichts bis kaum was mitbekommen, weil die lieben Weltmedien die laufenden Nachrichten vom Gerichtssaal unterdrücken bzw. ordentlich ausschneiden werden.

Die mediale Manipulation in diese Richtung ist aber schon lange erkannt worden:

Das zeigt die extreme Stille in Bezug auf den bevorstehenden AEG-Prozess.
Wäre Michael Jackson angeklagt, würde die Medienwelt sich menschenverachtend das Maul zerreißen und in perversem Chor sich zum 1000dsten Male der größten journalistischen Recherche: seiner Nase widmen.

Aber jetzt ist die recherchierende (?) Medienwelt leise und still.

Und allen ist klar, von welcher Hand sie gefüttert wird.

Nun ja, Fakt ist jedenfalls, dass die Emails nicht seitens der Beklagten veröffentlicht wurden. Mann verweist explizit darauf, dass die Dokumente NICHT von den Jacksons oder deren Anwälte veröffentlicht wurden. Guter Schachzug diese Aussage, meine Meinung.

Jep, finde ich auch. Denke ohnehin, dass es über Umwege von AEG-Seite kam, dass diese Mails den Weg in die Öffentlichkeit fanden, in der Hoffnung, dass sie dann im Prozess nicht verwendet werden dürfen. Aber gut, das ist spekulativ - oder etwa doch nicht....

Huch, die Liste der Fragen, die AEG und deren Anwälte den Klägern stellen ist aber lang und ausgiebig - mich würde im Gegenzug dazu eher interessieren was Phillips mit Gongaware und co so über MJ und die TII-Konzerte gesprochen haben, fürchte jedoch, dass wir das nie wirklich erfahren werden.

Mein Satz war schon richtig (zu verstehen)

Ich habe eher auf Lloyds-Agenten getippt, zumindest was die abgefangenen Emails angeht. Versicherungen sind sehr aggressiv,wenn es um Millionenbeträge geht, die sie auszahlen müssen: Da wird niemand was umsonst zahlen.

Die Frage ist: Wem es genützt hat, dass die Welt jetzt weiß, dass Phillips und Gongaware echte Betrüger sind: Haben Murray bezahlt, aber haben das immer verneint: Gongaware hat das vor Gericht (!) verleugnet:

Ach so, ich dachte dein zweiter Satz bezieht sich auf den ersten - sorry Amidala.
Und was H.Mann betrifft - für mich ist das auch so eine fragwürdige Gestalt, von der man nicht weiß, welche Rolle er einnimmt.

Bekannt ist, dass Lloyds die ganze Zeit auf die AEG Druck ausgeübt hat, weil sie MJs Komplettuntersuchung der Gesundheit verlangt hat. Die AEG, obwohl sie Murray extra für MJ eingestellt und bezahlt hat, fand es nicht nötig, ihn genau für diese Arbeit zu bezahlen.

Die Papiere von Lloyds, MJ und AEG waren unterschrieben, aber Lloyds sah immer noch keine versprochenen nachgereichten Papiere über MJs Komplettuntersuchung.

Vom HNO-Arzt kam zwar eine Bescheinigung von gesunden Stimmbändern, und das war es schon, Lach*. Lloyds plante in London ihre eigene 4stündige Untersuchung durch 3 eigene Ärzte, Herz-Ultraschall und Blutabnahme als wichtigen Bestandteil der Gesundheitsprüfung.

Aber wir wissen, dass MJ 1 Tag vor der Abreise nach London durch eine Überdosis Propofol eliminiert wurde, die jeden Elefanten umlegt.
Praktisch-passend für die AEG? Und ob: Lloyds brauchte niemanden mehr gesundheitlich zu kontrollieren: Sie hatte nur 17,5 Mio Dollar zu zahlen. 5 Tage später verlangte Phillips nach Auszahlung der Summe: dreist ohne gleichen.

Zum Leaken von AEG-Emails:
Es gibt eine Vorschrift, dass die Beweismittel für das nächste Verfahren verschlossen und für die Öffentlichkeit nicht zugänglich sind, solange das öffentliche Verfahren nicht zu Ende ist. Diese Vorschrift wollten die AEG sich zunutze machen und Katherine für $ 50 000 verklagen. Weil sie aber nicht beweisen konnten, dass Jacksons schuld sind, konnten sie das nicht machen. Und alle Medien waren nun damit beschäftigt, nach dem wahren „Täter“ zu suchen, der diese Emails kopiert und in die weite Welt herausgetragen hat.

Auch wenn ich stark auf Lloyds getippt habe, die auf i-eine Weise an die Beweismittel dran gekommen sind und diese veröffentlicht haben, weiß ich sehr wohl von der Info, dass die AEG selbst - das für unmöglich halten, weil Lloyds bei der Prozedur des Austauschens von Beweismitteln nichts von diesen Beweismitteln mitbekommen hat. Zumindest nicht auf transparentem/legalem Wege. Und: was hätte Lloyds davon gehabt, AEG-Emails öffentlich zu machen? -

Dass die AEG selber ihre Emails dem Gericht zugespielt hat, ist für mich unglaubhaft. Dort steht alles anders rum, als die AEG der Welt beim Verkauf der This Is It-Tickets und vor Gericht im Murray-Prozess erzählt hat, was für sie weitreichende Konsequenzen haben kann.

Die Leute müssen erstmal dafür belangt werden, dass sie durch die große Lüge mit dem Comeback unrechtmäßig auf Kosten des angeschlagenen Stars, weil mit seinem Leben gespielt, Unmengen verdient und dem Gericht Mist erzählt haben: Z. B. Gongaware hat immer wiederholt, Michael Jackson hätte hartnäckig darauf bestanden, Murray zu haben und Murrays 150 000,- pro Monat, die Gongaware aushandelte, wären auf Empfehlung von MJ. Nach seiner Email ist das eine dreiste Lüge.

Phillips log ebenso vor Gericht: Die AEG sei nur deshalb MJs Bitte nachgegangen und den Arzt genommen, den MJ selber aussuchte und den Phillips eigenständig kontrolliert hat, wie er schreibt. Ein seriöserer Arzt fürs Millionen-schwere Comeback des King of POP als der bankrotte und alle Sicherheitsmaßnahmen verletzende Kerl war nicht nötig.

Wenn die Hartnäckigkeit MJs echt wäre, genau Murray zu nehmen, wie Gongaware & Phillips dreist behaupten, WARUM hat sich dann die AEG ständig geweigert, MJ der Komplettuntersuchung zu unterziehen und hat Lloyds mit 1000den Gesundheitsanfragen links liegen lassen? -

Ich denke, dass die Emails indirekt seitens des Klägers an die Öffentlichkeit gelangt sind. Durch die dritte Person: H. Mann könnte passen.

Der Grund wäre für mich nicht primär, um die AEG zu denunzieren, so das Märchen des AEG-Anwalts Putnam, denn:

Die AEG-Live hat sich längst selbst denunziert, indem sie beim extra angeheuerten Arzt stets den schlimmen Widerstand gegen Michael Jacksons gesundheitliche Komplettuntersuchung geleistet hat und Michael Jackson unter den faulsten Umständen in ihrem „herzensguten“ und „alles umsorgenden“ Umfeld so elendlich eingeschläfert worden ist.

Primär wäre die Angst, dass diese Emails genauso im Nirvana verschwinden wie MJs Vitiligo-Nacktfotos 1994 direkt aus der Akte im Safe des Gerichts und die Überwachungsvideos direkt aus dem Polizeidepartment. Um diese versiegelten Emails als Beweismittel tatsächlich zu sichern, wäre die beste Idee, sie schon vor dem Gerichtsprozess öffentlich zu machen.

Eigl eine super Idee: Beweise bleiben immer Beweise, egal, ob sie vor dem Prozess öffentlich geworden sind oder nicht. Sie sind deshalb nicht weniger Beweise als vorher.

Die Kläger-Partei (Michal Jacksons Mutter und MJs 3 Kinder) hat diese Emails als Beweismittel dem Gericht vorgelegt. Aber woher hat Katherine überhaupt diese Emails?

Alles redet davon, wie diese Emails die Welt erblickt haben. Aber keine einzige Zeitung hat sich öffentlich mit der Frage beschäftigt, WIE diese Emails aus den Computern von Phillips, Gongaware & Co überhaupt den legalen Weg zum Gericht gefunden haben? -

Dass niemand ohne Durchsuchungsbefehl in die AEG-Computer einbrechen kann, ist wohl klar.
Das wäre Datenklau und die Personen, die das getan und solche Beweise dem Gericht vorgelegt hätten, wären längst selber dran.

Los Angeles - Der Promoter AEG Live soll Michael Jacksons Leibarzt Conrad Murray fahrlässig angeheuert haben und damit Mitschuld am Tod des Entertainers haben. Mutter Katherine Jackson wird im April gemeinsam mit dem Veranstalter vor Gericht stehen.

Laut Katherine Jackson trägt AEG Live die Schuld daran, dass Conrad Murray als Leibarzt für Michael Jackson engagniert wurde. Der Promoter habe den früheren Kardiologen zudem nicht ausreichend überprüft. Vor Gericht soll außerdem geprüft werden, ob AEG Live Kontrolle über Conrad Murray hatte, während Michael Jackson für seine Comeback-Konzerte im Rahmen der "This Is It Tour" übte. Conrad Murray zeichnete für die Injektion verantwortlich, die zum Tod des Superstars führte.

Michael Jackson verstarb, bevor der Vertrag zwischen Conrad Murray und AEG Live unterschrieben war. Deshalb argumentiert AEG Live, er sei kein Angestellter der Firma gewesen. Conrad Murray sollen nach Medienangagen 150.000 US-Dollar Entlohnung für einen Monat versprochen worden sein.

Conrad Murray hatte Michael Jackson mit dem Medikament Propofol behandelt, um seine Schlafprobleme zu kurieren. Vor Gericht soll nun geklärt werden, welche Verantwortung AEG Live trifft. Katherine Jackson hatte die Klage im September 2010 angestrengt, die Gerichtsverhandlung ist für den frühen April angesetzt.

Ist sowieso seltsam, dass ein HNO-Arzt für die Gesamtuntersuchung zuständig sein sollte. Er hat doch keine Ahnung außerhalb des HNO-Bereichs. Lächerlich.

In wenigen Worten:

Murray wird nicht aussagen; sollte er vorgeladen werden, beruft er sich auf den 5. Paragrafen (Aussageverweigerung - genau wie im Prozess). Er ist der Meinung, die Anklage der Jacksons hätte mit seiner Aussage überhaupt nichts zu tun.

Nachdem Katherine erfahren hatte, dass er nicht aussagen wird, hat sie ihren Besuch im Gefängnis abgeblasen.

AEG ist der Meinung, wenn Murray nicht aussagt, ist die Anklage ganz hinfällig (da nur noch ein Punkt vor Gericht Bestand hatte).

AEG ist der Meinung, die Jacksons suchen nicht nach der Wahrheit, weil sie die Deposition (Erscheinen angeordnet vor Gericht, ob Aussage oder nicht) abgeblasen haben, anstatt sie trotzdem zuzulassen (auch wenn Murray schweigt).

Sie berufen sich weiter darauf, dass Michael Murray wollte (gemäß dem entsprechenden dick markierten Satz auf dem nicht unterzeichneten Vertrag zwischen AEG/Murray/MJ).

Gerichtstermin ist der 2. April. Man geht davon aus, dass Prince Jackson die letzten Tage seines Vaters bezeugt.

Dr. Conrad Murray, who was Michael Jackson's personal physician, is refusing to testify in the wrongful death lawsuit that the singer's mother filed against concert promoter AEG Live.

If called, he will plead the fifth so as not to incriminate himself, the doctor said in a statement sent to the Jackson family.

Murray has never been questioned under oath about Jackson's death, which occurred on his watch.

He did not testify at his trial, where he was found guilty of causing Jackson's death on June 25, 2009, by administering a deadly overdose of sedatives and the surgical anesthetic propofol in what he told police was an attempt to cure the singer's insomnia.
He is serving a four-year sentence but could be out in two.

On Monday, he was supposed to be deposed in the wrongful death suit.

But lawyers for Jackson's mother, Katherine, and her three children called off their jailhouse visit because Murray swore "he would not answer any questions at the deposition or the trial," Jackson lawyer Kevin Boyle told CNN.

He said the Jackson case would not suffer without his testimony.

AEG's lawyer suggests the Jacksons canceled Murray's deposition because his testimony would "destroy" their case.

"They are not interested in the truth," said the lawyer, Marvin Putnam.

Asserting his 'Fifth Amendment privilege'

The cancellation came after Murray's attorney Valerie Wass sent the Jacksons a sworn statement signed by Murray making it clear he would not answer any questions while his involuntary manslaughter conviction in Michael Jackson's death is being appealed.

"Accordingly, if I am called or ordered to testify at deposition or trial in the Katherine Jackson vs AEG wrongful death case, I will be asserting my Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination and refuse to answer any questions," Murray's declaration said.

Jury selection in the civil trial is set to begin April 2 in a Los Angeles County court.

Prince Jackson, the pop star's oldest son, is expected to testify about his father's last days.

The Jackson lawsuit contends that AEG Live is responsible for Jackson's death because it hired and supervised Dr. Murray, who was administering the surgical anesthetic propofol to Jackson each night for a month to induce sleep as he prepared for a series of concerts organized by AEG Live.

A jury found Dr. Murray guilty of involuntary manslaughter after hearing testimony that he violated medical standards in his treatment of Jackson.

"Dr. Murray's choice to keep quiet puts the focus back on the company, AEG, that hired Dr. Murray and agreed to pay him over $1.5 million a year, and provide Murray with a large house and drivers and other perks, to make sure that the company's biggest asset, Michael Jackson, made it to the shows on time, no matter what," Boyle, the Jacksons' lawyer said.

A judge ruled last month that Jackson lawyers could question Murray at the Los Angeles County jail, where he is serving his prison sentence.

AEG: Testimony destroys Jacksons' claim

"The Jacksons told the world that they wanted Dr. Murray's deposition, and then when the Court gave it to them, they canceled it," Putnam, the AEG lawyer, told CNN on Sunday.

"They have had all of their claims dismissed except negligent hiring, and they don't want Dr. Murray to be deposed because he will tell them what he already told the police: that he worked for Michael Jackson; that Michael Jackson, not AEG, was his employer; and that Michael Jackson personally invited him to join the 'This is It' tour long before anyone at AEG had even heard of him. The Jacksons canceled the deposition because that testimony destroys the only claim they have left. They are not interested in the truth."

Back and forth
The Jacksons' lawyer argued, in response to Putnam's comment, that AEG was not interested in having Murray take the stand in the trial.
"AEG did not even try to get Dr. Murray to talk," Boyle said. "AEG is simply not telling the truth. AEG can't run from the fact that they hired the man who is in jail for killing the greatest entertainer the world has ever known."
Wass, who unsuccessfully objected to the deposition, said she advised Murray to invoke his Fifth Amendment right to not answer questions because of his appeal. The appeal brief is expected to be filed next week.

Jacksons plan to use e-mails
Jackson died two weeks before his "This Is It" comeback concerts, organized by AEG Live, were to have debuted in London in the summer of 2009.
E-mails the Jackson's plan to use in their case suggested that the promoter was worried about Jackson's missed rehearsals and they sought Murray's help in getting him ready.

Prince, Paris and Blanket Jackson and their grandmother contend that AEG Live's pressure on Murray to have Jackson ready for daily rehearsals despite his fragile health led to his death from the propofol overdose.
A cornerstone of the Jacksons' case is an e-mail AEG Live co-CEO Paul Gongaware wrote 11 days before Jackson's death.
The e-mail to show director Kenny Ortega addressed concerns that Murray had kept Jackson from a rehearsal the day before: "We want to remind (Murray) that it is AEG, not MJ, who is paying his salary. We want to remind him what is expected of him."

Jackson lawyers, calling it a "smoking gun," argue the e-mail is evidence that AEG Live used Murray's fear of losing his $150,000-a-month job as Jackson's personal physician to pressure him to have Jackson ready for rehearsals despite his fragile health.

Billions at stake
The lawsuit seeks a judgment against AEG Live equal to the money Jackson would have earned over the course of his remaining lifetime if he had not died.
If AEG Live is found liable, it could cost the company several billion dollars, according to estimates of Jackson's income potential.

AEG Live is a subsidiary of AEG, a global entertainment company that was recently for sale with an $8 billion asking price.

The company announced last week it was no longer for sale.

Ja, warum noch vor Gericht gehen, wenn nur mehr ein Anklagepunkt bestehen bleibt..... btw, aufgrund der belastenden Mails finde ich die Entscheidung des Richters, den - "duty of care" - die Sorgfaltspflicht der AEG Michael gegenüber, fallen zu lassen schon mehr als sonderbar. In meinen Augen hätten schon die Mails allein gereicht um genau diesen Teil der Klage aufrecht zu erhalten.
Dass Murray weiter schweigt wie ein Grab, wundert mich nicht. Wenn er den Mund aufmachen würde, müsste er die Fähigkeit haben, sich in Luft aufzulösen. Dem bleibt gar nichts anderes übrig als zu schweigen.

Würde zu gerne wissen, was in dem ein oder anderen Mail steht....besonders die Mails, mit dem Vermerk: Vertraulich im Zusammenhang mit - "troubles at the front" würden mich interessieren.

Das ist alles legal, berechtigt und gerecht.

Das Gesetz und die Medien sollen um Gerechtigkeitswillen die Interessen der Mutter vertreten. Anstatt dessen werden die geschützt, deren Finanzen überwiegen, sprich, der Konzern selbst.

Der AEG-LIVE-Konzern wollte illegal und unberechtigt das Geld von der Lloyds-Versicherung kassieren. Das war geldgeil und ungerecht.

Seine Kampagne - wie die von Murrays Anwälten - ist wirklich glänzend: Unsere Gehirne werden über praktisch alle Medien durchgehend fleißig gewaschen.

Ich verstehe Maikes Befürchtung. Du meinst, dieser Prozess wirbelt nur wieder schmutzige Wäsche hoch, was MJ schaden könnte.
Das verstehe ich einerseits, andererseits glaube ich aber, dass der Gerechtigkeit mit dem Murray Prozess keineswegs Genüge getan wurde. Beim Prozess gegen Murray wurde jede Menge Dreck hochgepusht, von dem so vieles einfach schlicht erlogen war. Damals aber wollte jeder Fan diesen Prozess - einfach weil man einen Schuldigen gebraucht hat.
Die eigentlichen Lügen, die dieser Prozess zutage gefördert hat (z.B. Propofolsucht) werden jetzt aber als "Fakt" von der Weltöffentlichkeit geglaubt, weil ein paar Leute gut gelogen haben - das führt den gesamten Murray-Prozess ad absurdum, meiner Meinung nach.

Was soll dieser Prozess gegen AEG Michael noch mehr schaden, als es der Murray-Prozess getan hat? Was soll noch an Lügen erzählt werden, die nicht schon längst im Bewusstsein der Öffentlichkeit verankert sind?
Im schlimmsten Fall bringt der Prozess gar nichts. Im besten Fall jedoch werden einige der dreistesten Lügen und Betrügereien der Drahtzieher im Hintergrund mal aufgedeckt und das würde ich sehr begrüßen.

CNN berichtet über die Aussagen unter Eid von Paris und Prince, der bereits ausgesagt hat.

AEG Live asked Los Angeles Superior Judge Yvette Palazuelos to order Blanket Jackson to appear for a deposition, but his doctor warned it would be "medically detrimental" to the 10-year-old boy, according to the court filing.
When AEG Live lawyers deposed Prince Jackson, 16, earlier this month, they asked questions intended "to agitate the boy, creating serious concern among his guardians and attorneys," the document said.
Prince "testified that he was intimately involved in his father's affairs," an AEG Live lawyer said in an e-mail defending the questioning.
The wrongful death lawsuit is a high-stakes contest. Prince, Paris, Blanket and their grandmother, Katherine Jackson, are suing AEG Live for billions of dollars. The trial is set to begin in Los Angeles next month.
Jackson lawyers complained that AEG Live lawyers engaged in "a concerted tactical effort made to harass and burden the Jackson family through these abusive discovery processes."........

Blanket soll nicht aussagen müssen, Prince´Anhörung war heftig, Katherines Befragung durch AEG-Anwälte dauerte 9 Stunden, AEG will/wollte noch einen weitern Termin ansetzen..usw.

AEGs Anwältin befand die Befragung/en als angemessen, aufgrund der Klage.

Paris Jackson (14) verblüffte die Anwälte mit ihrer Souveränität, als sie diese Woche vor Gericht aussagte.



Katherine Jackson (82), die Mutter des verstorbenen Popstars Michael Jackson
(+50, 'Thriller') und Großmutter von Paris, hatte ein Verfahren gegen
den Konzertpromoter Aeg Live angestrengt, dem sie vorwirft, zum Tode
ihres Sohnes beigetragen zu haben, indem das Unternehmen "ihm Druck
machte, sich trotz seines anfälligen Gesundheitszustands auf seine
Comeback-Konzerte 2009 vorzubereiten". Das Verfahren wurde im Namen der
drei Kinder des King of Pop, Prince, Blanket und Paris, eröffnet.
Letztere behielt während ihrer eidesstattlichen Aussage in dem Fall die
Fassung und machte damit Eindruck auf die anwesenden Anwälte.

"Paris beeindruckte alle involvierten Anwälte mit ihrer
Professionalität und ihrem Verhalten während ihrer eidesstattlichen
Aussage vergangene Woche", erzählte ein Insider 'Radar Online'. "Ihr
älterer Bruder, Prince, hatte eine schwere Zeit während seiner Aussage
in der Woche zuvor, daher wurden Zugeständnisse getroffen, um
sicherzustellen, dass das nicht nochmal passiert. Das ist der Grund,
weshalb Katherines Anwälte verlangten, dass die Anhörung von Paris im
Gerichtssaal stattfinde, so dass der Richter eingreifen könnte, falls es
den Anschein macht, dass es zuviel für sie wird. Zum Glück kam es nicht
dazu. Paris wird sich noch einen weiteren Tag den Fragen stellen
müssen, aber das ist okay für sie - sie ist eine extrem intelligente,
mitfühlende und nachdenkliche junge Dame."

In dem Verfahren wird behauptet, dass der Leiter von Aeg Live "Dr
[Conrad] Murray anheuerte und überwachte", der wegen der fahrlässigen
Tötung des Superstars verurteilt wurde. Der ehemalige Leibarzt von Michael Jackson
sitzt seit November 2011 eine vierjährige Haftstrafe im Los Angeles
County Jail ab. Aeg weist indes jegliches Fehlverhalten von sich.

Es bleibt abzuwarten, wie die Verhandlung und die weitere Befragung von Paris Jackson laufen wird.

Man muss sich dabei folgendes vor Augen halten:
AEG ist ein Konzern mit gigantischen Verflechtungen in die gesamte Medien-Branche. Diverse Zeitungsverlage und andere Meinungsbilder sind Teil des Konzerns.
Woher, glaubt ihr kommt das oft so negative Bild, das die Presse von Michael zeichnet?
Welche Medien sind es, die ihn am schlimmsten verleumden?
Es sind durchweg rechtslastige und konservativ/republikanische Medien, die ihm am schlimmsten Schaden zufügen.
Nun googlet mal den Namen "Phillip Anschutz" (CEO von AEG) und seht euch an, wie der in dieses Schema passt.
P.A. und seine Kollegen sind ganz vorne mit dabei, Michael Jackson in der Öffentlichkeit zu diffamieren und zu beschädigen.
Sie waren das von Anfang an.

Nun zu argumentieren, dass Katherine Jackson durch ihre Klage eben genau gegen AEG Michaels Image beschädigen könnte, weil da ja sicher viel Schmutz hochgewirbelt werden könnte, ist kurzsichtig gedacht.
Denn der Schmutz wurde von Anschutz & Co bereits hochgewirbelt. Und floss direkt in Michaels Venen.
Diese Konzerne und Meinungsmacher tun alles, um Michaels Botschaft zu diskreditieren und sein Gedenken zu beschmutzen, genauso wie sie es zu Lebzeiten gemacht haben.
Alleine dafür gehörten sie vor Gericht gestellt, denn auch Rufmord ist ein Tatbestand.

Es spielt also überhaupt keine Rolle, ob die Lügen über MJ von AEG im Prozess
oder in einem der unzähligen Schmutzblätter verbreitet werden. Denn die
Lügen erzählen sie sowieso und haben es immer so getan. Das Wichtige für uns ist, die Lügen als Lügen zu erkennen!
Soll man aus Angst vor deren Lügen sie nicht verklagen wenn sie Unrecht getan haben? Ich finde nein! Sie zu verklagen zeugt von wahrem Heldenmut.

Wenn offene Fragen zum Tod von Michael Jackson und zu AEGs Beteiligung daran bestehen - dann ist es notwendig und richtig, sie zu stellen. Und zwar vor Gericht.

Menschen, die einen Familienangehörigen durch ein Gewaltverbrechen verloren haben, werden dieses Gefühl verstehen: Abschließen kann man erst, wenn man keine Fragen mehr hat. Doch wie es aussieht, werden diese Wunden immer offen bleiben.
